Job Description:
The Town of Ocean View is seeking a part-time maintenance worker to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Candidates must be able to perform duties of manual nature for the Town of Ocean View’s Public Works Department. Work is generally performed under the supervision of the Facilities Operations Manager, but assigned duties may be routine and carried out independently by the incumbent with minimal supervision. The work will take place out of doors and in Town facilities.
Related experience in the areas of building maintenance, landscaping, snow plowing, and with local government is a plus.
